Most people come to us in the middle of something: a hospital discharge, a knee that is not healing, a parent who cannot get out of the chair anymore. We stock the equipment for all of it and we would rather talk it through with you than sell you the wrong size. Clinics, hospitals and practices across central Minnesota order from us too.

Delivery & setup
We bring it in, set it up, and stay until you can work it
A hospital bed is not a box you leave in a driveway. Our team carries it to the room it belongs in, assembles it, and walks whoever is doing the caregiving through the rails, the controls and the height settings. Same for lift chairs and heavier wheelchairs. If you call later because you forgot which button does what, that is a normal call for us.

Insurance & billing
You should not have to fight the paperwork too
We bill insurance directly, so the first thing you deal with is the equipment, not a claim form. Bring us the prescription or have the clinic send it over and we will tell you what your plan covers, what it does not, and what the difference costs before you commit to anything. Breast pumps are the same story: call us with your plan and we will tell you which Ameda or Medela pump you can take home.
If buying is not the right answer, rent. Plenty of our customers need a wheelchair for six weeks after surgery, not forever.

Our store sits on South Benton Drive in Sauk Rapids, a few minutes off Highway 10, and we deliver out from there across the St. Cloud area and the smaller towns in Benton, Stearns and Sherburne counties.
